the fourths speed seems to lie in his teleportation...not his actual reaction time

not that he's a slouch there either it's just I'd put going by feats both Gai and The Raikage above him and neither of those two are fast enough to save themselves from some one like Aizen

Yep... Any captain level shinigami is faster then anyone in naruto verse and probably most lieutenants

how do you manage to know who is faster
it is just about how the creator make it
for ex. when sasuke meet team 7 the speed wich sasuke came in front of naruto was comparable with bleach
we know that sharingan can predict hit before hapen
bleach characters have normal eyes and they can predict each other so if sharingan is way above normal eyes at reactions then itachi can see trough any bleach move

speed calcs just 'warp reality', dont bother with them there just a means for peoples who 'care too much' about 'statistics' to try to 'statistically rank' verses in vs threads

logic is flawed in vs threads especially when some peoples try to impose an 'order/regime of logic' over others

powerscaling is 'warped' by this so called 'logic', and often this so called 'powerscaling' is 'warped' morso later on in manga and is often distorted

just enjoy said mangas and if you 'feel the need' for vs threads, you'll find that verses cannot be 'statistically ranked' as they are spiritual

powerscaling is terrible and Calcs can be good but need to be done to exacting standards and as objectively as possible so if you don't know what your doing or are biased (re mach 200 raikage ) don't do 'em

Sharigan precog vs Gai would be a dream match considering he has the best speed feats of his universe and Lee and the Raikage both reduced Sasuke to the level of helplessness one finds in baby seals

tsukiyomi is nigh instantaneos and it can alter time itself in a sense......whether that sort of illusion, which is different from all of Itachis other illusions, will hurt Aizen is en el aire, stil though Aizens illusions otherwise are vastly superior, and he may even be able to use kyoka suigetsu within tsukiyomi, or maybe itachi will tsukiyomi an illusion of aizen and get cut down

amarterasu nor susano are helping, itachi will just tire unless he can hit aizen with tosuka sword which i doubt is happening especially with kyoka suigetsu, and thats not even to mention all of aizens other abilities

naw if itachi is bloodlusted he could get off a tsukiyomi, although i doubt it would be 'aizen' within said tsukiyomi
