Serpent's Pass makes this somewhat close. If it was just dry land, this would be a demolition of Katara. Toph's reactions are so much better, and rocks can shatter ice. Tidal waves will be stopped by Toph, and let's see water/ice try and stop a series of boulders and rapid firing rocks. No amount of water can stop Earthbending. Unless Katara bloodbends (I highly doubt she would), she loses this fight 9 times out of 10.
