Well even if its ranked as the same it doesnt mean theyre the exact same speed I mean theres only 5 total rankings among hundreds of characters its not like theres only 10 total speeds you can have. So hes in his speed range sure.

I still dont see anything that disproves the DB but even if there was like 1 thing which theres not as I said and proved wrong at least 10-20 times no exaggerations, then why would you people throw out the whole DB just cause of like 2 things?

I mean all you need is to ask NL here the things you think is stupid in the DB & Ill be glad to proove to you that they arent stupid, but I know that the people who do think stuff is stupid like haku being FTL, just because of that 1 reason think its so absolutely retarded thus the whole db is voided.

There is no proof feat wise to say Neji is actually fast as Sasuke in movement speed.

We will never know anyway.

And its not likely going to occur considering how much Kishimoto hyped up Sasuke's speed over other Rookies.

Its both.

Recall that when Sasuke reached Weightless Lee speed, that wasn't shunshin.

They don't use shunsin 24/7.

Raikage is using V2 shunshin more because its Madara himself.

Also Gai even commented Sasuke was as fast as Lee in the manga yet the DB states a bit differently.

Oh, I thought you were talking about Neji.

I honestly can't tell if they're using shunshin or not anymore. If they look like they're teleporting then I consider it shunshin. But then Sasuke didn't look like he was teleporting when he blitzed Tobi.

As for Neji. His best speed feat in PArt 1 was catching up Kidomaru.

Who was quite more than 50 meters away in less than few seconds.

Well Sasuke failed on certain aspects of speed. He failed to blitz Deidara, base Bee, Darui, and A. He only managed to blitz fodders, kind of what Neji did to Naruto. By powerscaling over what he did to Kidomaru through 3 years of training he should be around Sasuke's speed.

And through common sense Neji is as fast as KN0, who is faster than weightless Lee. We know this because even with Lee's speed Sasuke was having problems with KN0 until the PnJ triggered which allowed his Sharingan to evolve out of nowhere.

I'm going to talk about Ammy. It is really easily blocked. You can just throw a paper in front of you and make it block it. Or a shuriken/kunai. As for dodging it, that's where it's really overrated. the reason why A barely dodged it was because he waited until the last second. You just have to be faster than the eye can see to dodge Amaterasu. Which most people in this manga can do, since thy break the sound barrier.
