He had prep, meaning he had time to release Susano. He hasn't shown the feature to release Susano any time he wants.

With Sasuke, he has no prep.

He released it to counter a lightning bolt. He had time to prep, you aren't able to prove he did prep, however. As with sasuke, a burst of chakra from Itachi to make susanoo isn't a fry cry.

Has Itachi shown the feature to out last Sasuke in Susano? Or in any MS jutsu for that matter.

Sasuke: Dodge, Dodge, Itachi out of chakra.

In fully developed susanoo, no but then again Itachi was kinda dying and already out of chakra. Sasuke basically burned his chakra in his susanoo fight and lasted 10 minutes. Itachi fought sasuke for... I'd say about that long maybe, and then had the power after spamming a massive ammy to pop susanoo on reaction and walk up. If he weren't dying he'd have taken the eyes too.

Itachi: stands there and blocks with yata mirror, occational sword swing

Lava can not melt fire just as fire can not burn lava. :/

And, yes. Amaterasu burns very slowly.

The flames will go through the lava, hence Sasuke's ability to illuminate them anywhere he sees.

If she can't dodge them, her ninjutsu makes no difference.

Has he? He made a clone, as did Kisame. And Kisame, having tailed-beast chakra levels, was feeling drained while Itachi showed no real issue.

Itachi used Amy once, MS Genjutsu once, and held a Susano just to block one lightning bolt and absorb Orochimaru, and then he died.

He didn't have what sasuke had above, and he pumped out a full susanoo in an instant after the fight. Sasuke had... what... a few fireballs and kirin and he was spent. Point being though...

Sasuke's Susanoo is like Kimimaru, it goes through stages before it can do much.

Itachis is like Jugo, in that it can basically force itself into full without much staging involved.

So yes, he did show a larger stamina level than Itachi when it comes to Susano.

I still see no counter for him simply dodging and outlasting Itachi, since he's faster and all.

They sure as hell did not go through Gaara's sand. :/

She can not dodge them, but Lava Release should work just as fine.

The Kekkei Genkai requires a single handseal and spitting lava. Not much time needed.
