well i think thats pretty weird you are technically the lesder but in real villages the village elders are in control too so maybe your village is doing it that way

They were the person who made the SG for your village, so yeah, they are SG leader but not village leader.

I have a question about the villages: how do you decide which one to join? Like, do diferent villages have certain beliefs or anything? Do you just join the one that most of your friends are in? Are some more inclined to start wars with other villages?
...Or do you just bug the Kage about this kind of stuff?

Plz gimmie some answers if you can.

Sorry to keep you waiting, I was just looking around on the forums.

What I would do is look at the Villages forum, look at different villages, and see where you would like it the best. Jutsu Submission is still closed so no one can submit any. I would look at the Newcomers Looking for a Village Thread. That would help you a lot.

All characteristics available for battle will be released with the war system. You can't make your own up (without submitting it and having it approved), unless your opponent agrees to it. That, however, only applies in battles not directly associated with the war system.

Justu and Kekkei Genkai submissions are not currently open.
