Serious Jutsu/Kekkei Genkai Creation

Alright my fellow Kohonians. In this thread, develop your own types of jutsu's or Kekkei Genkai's. Here is the criteria.

Jutsu's

Name of the Jutsu. Please put the English translation, if their is a Japanese, please put it in parentheses. '( )'
Place the weakness of the jutsu, such as it's weakness to a element, or the side-effects. (e.g, Death, huge-chakra requirement, etc.)
Describe the rank as well as the type of jutsu.

Kekkei Genkai's

The name of the Kekkei Genkai in the Englsih translation, if you have the Japanese translation, put it in parenthesis, '( )'
Describle the weaknesses that the bloodline has. (e.g, Steady blindness, stronger weakness to other affinities, inner damage, etc.)
Describe the appearance if it has a noticeable difference when activated. (e.g, Change of eye color, grew new limbs/parts, etc.)
Describe the type of Kekkei Genkai. (Dojutsu, Chakra affinity like Haku, etc.)
Give the advantages that the Kekkei Genkai gives to the user.
(Optional) Give examples of techniques that the user can gain.

Now, here are a couple of examples:

Name: Eye of Kami (香美の瞳)
Weakness: When activated, the surroundings become very similar to the Byakugan.

Appearance: When activated, the iris of the eye becomes a mix of grey and white, as the pupil becomes a image of a two-bladed shuriken. When the second level is reached, the two bladed shuriken gains another blade while it gains a 'yin' symbol. When it becomes level three, the shuriken gains another blade, and gains the 'yang' symbol.

Information: This doujutsu allows the user to see the persons soul. They can see whether the user is truly evil, neutral, or good. Purple/blackish colors determine that the person is evil, grey colors mean neutral and green means good. When the user gains the second level of the bloodline, they obtain the ability to manipulate darkness like an element. When they obtain the final level, they are able to manipulate light.

The higher the level, the more powerful the sensing ability is increased, increasing the range, and even allowing yourself to see through walls. They're are also some abilities that come with the eye. The most prominent one is Soul Burial (ソウルの埋葬) in which it immediately kills the soul sending it to Heaven or Hell. It requires eye contact to initiate the the technique.

If the wielder of the eye becomes twisted and evil, the wielder will be unable to activate the eye and lose the ability to manipulate darkness and light.

Name: Nova Eye (新星目)

Weakness: The techniques that come with the eye are very chakra taxing, as well as the chance to have the jutsu backfire.

Appearance: The eye, when activated appears to be a bullseye pattern, with three stripes. The outermost stripe is a dark purple, the middle stripe is a light yellow, while the bullseye returns back to purple.

Information: When the eye is activated, the user's vision darkens and allows the view of heat around the area. With this, it gives the user a basic thermal image of the area, and even allows them see a persons heat through objects. The eye gives the user the power to manipulate heat in the area, giving the user to turn water into ice, or cause extreme heat. One of the most powerful techniques that comes with the eye is called 'Supernova (超新星)' in which creates a explosion where ever the user is looking. The explosion is so hot, metals melt, rock's incinerate, and everything in the radius is literally blown away.

Name: Fire Style - Twirling Fire Spear (火の後背：トワ火槍)

Hand Seals: Horse - Tiger - Snake - Dog - Tiger

Rank: Mid-B Rank

Weakness: Requires a good handle on chakra control, concentration as well as the weakness towards water.

Effect: Using Fire manipulation, you form a spear of fire in your hands that's about four feet long. Using your normal chakra, you create a coat around the spear to keep it from dispersing. The next is obvious, you throw it at the enemies. Because of the lightness of the spear, it will be much faster and it will go through some objects such as trees and thin stone walls. Using the Ram seal, you can choose for it to explode when you wish.

Second Jutsu

Name: Earth Style: Armour of Rock (アースを様式：岩を鎧)

Hand Seals: Snake - Dog - Dragon - Boar - Ox - Dog - Hare - Bird - Ram

Rank: High-A Rank

Weakness: Requires a bit of time to complete the jutsu. Requires a strong affinity in earth as well as strong chakra control. The chakra depletion of the jutsu is quite high. As well as the weakness towards lightning. The added weight of the rocks reduce speed and reaction time.

Effect: You place chakra into the ground below. You then use the chakra to 'lift' the rock into a coat of armour while keeping your eyes and mouth exposed. The armour protects the user from weak elemental jutsus as well as ninja tools and swords. The more chakra put into the jutsu, the stronger the rock.
Name: Soul Command (魂のコマンド)

Hand Seals: Half Ram

Rank: S-Rank

Weaknesses: Requires the use of the Mangekyo Sharingan. It greatly deteriorates the users vision unless the user has the Eternal Mangekyo. It can only be used once every decade. The chakra depletion is also very high depending on what you use it on. It also requires eye contact.

Effect: This jutsu when activated, uses an effect similar to Kotoamatsukami, except that the user can control the victim how he pleases for the entire day. When the jutsu wears off, the victim will not remember anything for that day.

Name: Forbidden Technique: God of Fire (禁じられたテクニック：火を神)

Hand Seals: Dog - Snake - Hare - Boar - Horse - Monkey - Dog - Hare - Rat - Bird - Horse - Dragon -- Tiger - Ram

Rank: Kinjutsu, S-Rank, Senppuku.

Weaknesses: Large amount of Chakra and the time required to complete the jutsu. It also initiates the death of the user unless the user cannot die by normal means. Requires strong chakra control and training in Fire manipulation

Effect: When the user activates the jutsu, he gathers the largest amount of chakra he can within a minute. After the minute is finished, the user converts all the chakra into fire-based chakra, causing all the fire to explode from the users body, effectively killing him, and anyone within a two kilometer radius. The fire that comes from the jutsu is different, as the fire will not go out for three days, and water is ineffective in extinguishing the flames.

Name: Forbidden Technique: Blood Integration (禁制テクニック：血の統合)

Hand Seals: Dog - Ram -Dragon - Hare - Snake - Dog - Snake - Hare - Boar - Horse - Monkey - Dog - Hare - Rat - Bird - Horse - Dragon -- Tiger - Ram - Horse - Tiger - Snake - Dog - Tiger - Rat -Monkey - Ram

Rank: Kinjutsu, S-Rank.

Weakness: A chakra taxing technique with a very likely chance of dying. Can also cause the user to weaken after using the jutsu. Large pain and a week resting period is needed if the jutsu is successful.

Effect: This jutsu is not a combat jutsu, but mainly for personal use. What this jutsu does is take the blood of another person/animal and use chakra to integrate the DNA of another organism into his own. This can successfully integrate another persons bloodlines into yourself, such as the Sharingan or 'Shoton' (Crystal Release). This jutsu is extremely risky. The user can possibly die from the differentiating DNA or become weak because the persons DNA was mutated.

Weakness: When used the user cannot use certain Jutsu's

Appearance: When activated, the iris of the eye becomes a Light Blueish Oval

Information: This doujutsu allows the user to control Ground and Air later the Sea.

The higher the level, the more powerful the controling is increased, increasing the range, They're are also some abilities that come with the eye. The most prominent one is Izanami that allows the user to call down a Sun Warrior later a Sun God from the Sun. (It is close to Susanoo but it can destroy anything and can fly)

Chakra: It allows the user to use Magma Release Chakra however you need Lava Boil Fire and Earth Chakra so using it is One and a Million.
Once you turn 12 you can use Fog Release however you need to be in that Bloodline
Once you master both of the above you can use Snow Release

Advantages: The users Chakra becomes more stable. The enemy becomes more noticable. When you are hit you can make it where certain areas hurt and some dont. The ememy cannot see you with Fog Release.

Disadvantage: Once you use the Magma Release you will not beable to fight for a hour. Once you use Fog Release you cannot see the enemy for two hours
