It appears Kishi's aim is to get Naruto use TnJ on Kyuubi to let him co-operate with him.

This is good actually. Nothing about the war itself, but at least this means to suggest that Naruto will finally cooperate with the Kyuubi and he'll be able to use full biju mode, by transforming into the Nine-Tails.

.... And this where the Naruto + Kyuubi connection really begins. In data books it saids only the Kyuubi really knows about the Uchiha clan so maybe he will come around and shed some light on that

i kinda like these episodes a lot of story and character development saskue will probably show his ugly mug in the last page

Kyuubi telling Naruto how he'll end up like Nagato and Naruto obviously refuting that claim saying how he'll deal with the war and Sasuke. "War. Hatred. You'll end up just like Nagato.
