Spoiler: Kabutomaru + Resurrection Summoning in shinobi war = Horrible plan?

Well as the title asks, is Kabutomaru's resurrection summoning technique the worst thing for him and the five nations? I ask this after this previous Naruto chapter where Madara goes after the Kinkaku brothers since they have the nine tails chakra as well. Why would Kabutomaru allow and opportunity like that to happen where Madara has the choice of picking one out of three people who have the nine tails chakra? Is it a part of his plan to do something later? Just tell me if this was a huge mistake on Kabutomaru's part, or is this just a part of his plans to maybe do something to Madara later on? Discuss now....

Kabuto still controls them. According to himself, he can release the jutsu by making the combination of hand seals he detailed to Madara, so if he didn't want Madara to do anything with them, he could force them away from him.

i think that it is still part of his plan. he is just waiting for the right time to strike

That's true that he can cancel the jutsu but with him worrying about the other summons and all will he be able to keep track of the Kinkaku brothers? I just think that it's either an extremely risky move to maybe get closer to Madara or he never thought about it. (Which I highly doubt this last part)
