Even if they are fodder, some of the fodder must be from Konoha, and he still might know them.
He will probably go beserk on Madara.

Naruto will endure. He'll take their deaths the same way he took Kakashi's and use every ounce of his power to ensure as few people as possible continue to die. Naruto is easily capable of taking out dozens of Zetsu in seconds, so simply him alone being on the battlefield makes for reduced casualties.

I think he would be sad but keep his cool. In the olden days he would be mad and rush at the bad guy right away. Now He acts a little bet more grown up.

As it was done to protect him and Killer Bee, he would be really upset and then he would ack recklessly, thereby getting people probably getting killed in the process of protecting him from himself.
