Did Mu die?
they made such a big deal out of him not being able to be tracked and how powerful he was, and i know Gaara got him with the sand trap, but i don't remember reading much about him since the sand trap.
am i forgetting something? |

On another note I wouldn't be surprised if they went at each other during their Trip considering none of them can really stand another.  No wonder they take so long.Basically just going at each other's Throats.XD

After Gaara detected him, Onoki joined up with them. They were assigned to pull back and lure the Kages along also. The fight didn't begin yet.

I expect the fight to happen soon. As Kitsuchi said towards the end of the last chapter, "Both sides will switch to defending against sneak attacks in the dark..." Gaara's Division is the only army regiment that has yet to enter combat, and the revived Kages have yet to fight as well. A night scene is more befitting a reunion between Gaara and his father, in my opinion, and the reunion of Onoki and his master as well.
