OP never stated if this Pre-time skip, or Time Skip Ichigo. Pre stomps Naruto in the ground greatly, post loses on account of not enough feats.

Ichigo did not tank a city busting cero . It was more like a multi block cero. Ichigo did not cut a mountain. That was more like a hill, to call that a mountain means Sakura can bash mountains. The kyuubi can damage Ichigo since its level of chakra attacks are greater than Aizens cero. The Kyuubi is said to destroy mountains with a flick of its tail and can create tsunami's. All it has to do is spam with its tails. The Kyuubi is physically stronger than any bleach character but this is about naruto. Mangetsu would beat the current Naruto in the Anime. Rm Naruto vs mangetsu Ichigo would be a good fight but there is not enough information about Rm Naruto to work with.

It was on the outskirts then it got sealed. Plot saved Konoha.

but still if a creature can bust mountains and create tsunamis with its tail. and it has 9 of them. the kyubi could solo the narutoverse by rolling around. obviously a hyperbole

Not really. Maybe it just doesn't feel like destroying the narutoverse.
Besides it's usually sealed. And by the way it lives in the narutoverse.

and why weren't Sarutobi and his monkey stick utterly vaporized? they did bash the fox up something fierce didn't they?

desperate to avoid being sealed why did the fox not loose one of his tsunami causing mountain leveling tail swings at minato? the answer is simple Kishimoto made a statement he failed to back up..and thus it's not valid

What the hell are you smoking? Did you even read what Ichigo did against Monster Aizen. FGT Ichigo pee's on RM Naruto and he still loses. First of all how in the hell is Naruto going to escape Mangetsu? He is not that quick to dodge the AOE. Naruto can never ever harm FGT Ichigo.

Edit: Also RM Naruto is too slow for FGT Ichigo to land a blow. Aizen movement against Ichigo was technically Teleportation and Ichigo reacted to it. Naruto isn't close to that type of movement.

even if ichigo can cut mountains it can cut trought naruto .
it is the chakra/reiatsu that protects them
and ichigo can't do anithing in fullbring
even uryu is better than him

Flawed or you missed a few chapters? The Kyuubi can moved away by a time space jutsu right when it shot a bijuu ball with a blast large enough to destroy multi mountains.

I don't know what your smoking because Ichigo and Aizen can't bust a mountain with one swing. RM Naruto's feats haven't been seen. RM Naruto's speed was mentioned over and over again as being similar to The Flying Thunder God. If so he is either using a space time jutsu or moving at speeds which rival teleportation which means light speed. If any of these solutions are true he could get away from Mangetsu with ease.

FGT ichigo last around 10 sec to 1 min(prediction) and he quickly becomes powerless,mugetsu is used by SP, which is counted as chakra. Naruto has the Kyuubi which is the most powerful of the tailed beast and has the most chakra. When Naruto was fighting the kyuubi with bee the kyuubi had over half of its chakra taken and it still created a giant menacing ball with so litttle power,so really its 9tails menacing ball vs mugetsu
