Spoiler Madara's Plan has a Major Flaw and why he is rushing.

Projecting Tsukuyomi on the Moon sounds all fair and well to me but there is a Time where the Genjutsu will stop.

Moon Phases.



The only time it would be fully in work is during Full Moon.


First Quarter as shown only visualizes one half of the Moon.
Thus the Eye Projection would only be 1 Half = Half Power.

New Moon it's not visible at all.

Now to current Events:
Madara is rushing cause it's currently Full Moon in the Chapter.

So what's the Point?
Mugen Tsukuyomi is the furthest thing it should be called.
Unless Kishi plans to let Madara lose due to Moon Phases.

Do remember Naruto only carries one Half the Kyuubi Chakra.

If Madara is aware of that (Which I am fairly sure) then getting the Bro's is most likely just to complete it.

but if madara even does complete moons eye plan then wouldn't he have to stop the moon's cycles themselves? if he didn't he would only be in control during a full moon and have no power during a new moon.
^haha i could see kishi messing with us so bad that he lets madara win but during a new moon he has no power so we see the ninja plan to take down madara during the new moon. Wouldn't happen but i would think its cool if he did

Cause even then:
The Earth still turns meaning the Moon is only visible on one half.
The other Earth half be unaffected.
Unless the Naruto World isn't a Globe.

I didn't view it as a problem. I always thought once a genjutsu is set, the user does not need the intial stimulas to keep it going. In other words, once everyone is caught in the genjutsu of the moon eye it wont matter if the moon goes through phases because they'll be stuck under the genjutsu before hand.

I think Kishi has said that the world isn't a sphere. Something about it not being 3D or something like that, I can't remember. I read something like that I think. Don't quote me on it though xD

Oh, and now that I think of it, Kishi pretty much thinks nothing of Geography. I mean, in the movie, Snow was some far away land. Now it's right next to Waterfall. Sure, first time Snow was seen was in a movie and that's not canon, but he sure as hell didn't take the idea of the country from the team who developed the movie and use it.

Not only that but, iirc, Mist was once on the Main Continent in one of the Chapters when they were going over strategy.

There's an obvious solution to this.

Madara isn't going to put everyone in an infinite genjutsu
and have his own version of peace and happiness.

He's going to put everyone in a powerful genjutsu and slaughter them.

That certainly explains why he's rushing. If he misses this window of opportunity, he has to wait another month just to cast the Mugen Tsukuyomi. If the entire moon isn't visible, he won't be able to cast Mugen Tsukuyomi himself, simply because he won't be able to see the entire moon. It'll become ineffective and people will still be able to hunt him down.

Again the jutsu only has last long enough for Madara to murder everyone in their hypnotic sleep...which shouldn't take long at all (if not for Naruto)

The moon was created using the Jubi's body, and when Madara re-creates the Jubi, he'll become its host. He doesn't have the material necessary to make a second moon, and even if he did he'd have a very hard time putting it in the perfect position to cast Mugen Tsukuyomi.

I don't remember anyone in the manga stating the moon was created using the Juubi's body, It said the juubi was sealed within the moon that the SotsP presumably created.

Whats stopping Madara from creating multiple Moons around the world, by the time he activates mugen tsukiyomi He would be the juubi jinchuuriki, therefore having massive amounts of chakra.
