Yeah, I doubt it. If Kabuto fights Sasuke, it'll likely be for his own reasons. Kabuto hasn't really shown much that he gives a damn about Sasuke "killing" Orochimaru. He was right there, right after Sasuke "killed" Orochimaru, and didn't do shit. Kabuto is the wildcard in the war, as he is not with the Allies, and really doesn't give off the impression that he wants to help Madara. He's a lone wolf, doing what he wants for his own reasons.

I imagine he's always been like that, and that Orochimaru was just a temporary master, that he felt was necessary for his overall goal. Kabuto probably feels little to no connection to Orochimaru at all.

In fact, if I could write a fanfic, I would tell you what I think would be a good role for Kabuto.

Kabuto has so much history untold. You have to imagine there's a reason Kishi hasn't revealed it yet.
