Default Inability to make a thread.
In a section over which I have moderator powers.

I tried to make a thread in the "Announcement and Rules" subforum in The Battle Narrative System section and it's saying I don't have permission to make a thread there...but I can see posts and stuff...

?

EDIT: It's also the BN System Info section.

Announcement forum is set up so that only green names and quasis can create new threads. This was how it was originally intended. If you could make threads at some point, it was cause a new usergroup was made and someone forgot to restrict it. Current behavior is how it should be.
