Should manga anthology magazines be changed so that they make genre fair rankings?

Manga Anthology Magazines: Example- shonen jump

Ideas:
Should the manga reader surveys be changed?
Should the cover and order of the manga rotate?
Should different Genre's be marked with seperate surveys?

1. A published collection of poems or other pieces of writing.
2. A similar collection of songs or musical compositions issued in one album.

I dunno. I don't care too much for the magazine as long as they release volumes.
But the magazine is cool.
