What the heck? My Rep is Gone.

Here. My rep is gone. I've even checked my User CP and there isn't any Rep points there, nor peoples' messages of why they repped me. I don't have a new infraction. The only one is from a while back when people were saying that the 1 site for manga took all of their manga down and I tried to recommend a manga-reading site, and got infracted. Is this part of a new spring cleaning or the new rep system thing?
