How did you like the episode?

It was quite Epic in my opinion!!!

Great episode! The battle between the two started strong, which is a good sign. This may be one of my favourite confrontations so far. I, especially, loved the shuriken part: the way Sasuke intercepts Danzo's air shuriken with his sword and uses it to cut his arm and slash him with his sword at the same time was amazing.

you know i know people don't enjoy filler material within a episode, but in the case of major battles i enjoy filler hand to hand combat. Like when naruto and pain battled, and at the end of the original naruto anime where they threw in some pretty cool action between naruto and sasuke. If they threw in a little something extra (battle wise) i think i would have enjoyed the episode more, none the less it was still an enjoyable episode.

I mostly think that they should put fillers in offscreened fights like they did with Sasuke & Jugo VS the Samurai's where in the manga it showed the beginning and some of the fight but later skips it and have it offscreened because it wasn't an important enough for the story.

Even with Team Guy VS Copy Team Guy but that was somewhat badly handled and because of it it made the Sakura VS Sasori fight lasted 7 episodes and they barely put fillers in that fight its the fillers they put in the Team Guy fight what made that fight long.

good episode, narutos inner turmoil is being really well done, i think hes going to go all out to protect sasuke, as he seems to understand more than anyone that sasuke is a victim in all of this.

I agree with one of the above posts, some good hand to hand filler combat would have improved the fight in between all those insane attacks.

Any theories about danzos arm?

From this episode my guess would be genjutsu which engages just before an attack, and each time "he" recieves a lethal attack one of the eyes power is used up in order to perform the jutsu.

This whole arc is purposely set to give All of Team 7 some character development and for Naruto to finally face his ultimate ultimatum.

Hey ppl, i figured out how Danzo keeps coming back after being "killed" by Sasuke.

He's OBVIOUSLY using izanagi to keep coming back! That's why one of his eyes close every time he "dies". Seriously people! It's stated in the manga that Danzo had 11 Sharringan in his right arm, so he could maximize his use of izanagi! He used those sharringan just so he could kill Sasuke and Madara! It's technically a genjutsu, but it is MUCH more powerful.

Great episode. I expected more of the animation to be honest, but it still went down good.

I'm looking forward to the next episode, though it seems the animation is pretty bad there.

It was a pretty sweet episode, the next one's gona be good too. But what I've been wondering for months is how the heck did sasuke get a new summon?

He probably just traded or exchange contracts.

Before one can do animal summons they have to make an contract to that one species so he can summon that one type of animal. However, one can change summons by exchanging contracts and signing an new one. However by doing so their previous contract becomes null & void and they can't do that old summoning anymore but they have an new summon. So in short an ninja can only have one type of summoning at a time.

Sasuke probably traded up from snakes to hawks after joining the Akatsuki.

Well its not random he did name his team "Taka" which means Hawk and before his team's name was "Hebi" or Snake.

does anyone know what music plays when :
ep 209 :- danzo embeds wind chakra on his shurikens and throws them on sasuke

the same music plays in ep 208 also, when fuu n torune try and attack danzo....

i think u guys figured it out...

i think music plays a big role in getting engrossed in battle sequences, and especially when u get to see something so attractive like wind based elementals embedded around suriken like danzo did ^_^ amazin stuffs...

i need that music on my cell dangits...

I thought the vaccum shuriken were awesome.This hearkens back to the old days were the animators added little touches to improve the battle. The Sasuke vs. Orochimaru in the Forest of Death was much better in the anime than manga. The way Danzo's arm was cut off made a lot more since than Sasuke somehow cutting off Danzo's arm even though he was being choked.

Seeing the Sharigan eyes move in the arm was ever so creepy.

yeah the eyes move in his hands like they have a mind of their own...
its like theyre awake from deep sleep and on the lookout for devouring anythin they get their sight on!!!

but then i never thought that wind style danzo would have such attractive lookin moves. the coolest scene was when the wind shuriken came out of the smoke. sasuke does a double back flip to avoid it and the rock behind him gets sliced like butter !!! then when they show danzo blowing wind on the shuriken resting on his two fingers, that scene was mindblowing. the sound of the wind, the spin of the shuriken and the music was too good!!!
i must have watched that part for like >10 times maybe!

i want that music, help ppl!!!
