The Tier List Thread

This thread is dedicated to listing all in-universe tier lists (non-Naruto). Each universe that's debated on will get its own tier list, but inside those tier lists will be sub-tier lists to organize groups of characters before placing them into larger tiers. For example, Bleach will have a sub-tier Aizen's Arrancar Army, which will be completely finsihed before the entire Bleach Tier List is worked out. Sub-tiers can also have their own sub-tiers, such as Espada and the Gotei 13. If there are multiple sub-tiers in one tier, they'll be organized by size.

Since I don't actively debate outside certain fictions and universes, help with sub-tiers would be appreciated.
