WHO do you think is the best charecter in the game(read this)

I would like to know if U think either Garra, Naruto, or Shino would be a good character or bad character WHOSE the best can u tell me by statistics because MY choice is SHINO because u can always counter an apponnent and hes fun to use!!!

Naruto since when ur low in health just use kyuubi form and u win the game basically so like this
