Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne

First off, this is NOT a kids show by a long shot. Has sexual themes/scenes, nudity (lots of it), torture, gore and bad language are littered throughout the entire series.

A decade-hopping story that begins in 1990 and ends in 2050, detailing two immortal women, Rin and Mimi, as they try to make a living taking on odd jobs which inevitability gets one or both of them killed. Eventually, the jobs lead them on the path where their fate awaits them.

Pretty interesting anime. The action is fluid, fast and quite bloody. The animation overall is very well done, not your cheap lets-reuse-this-scene-again animation (their clothes ACTUALLY DO CHANGE on every episode). Storyline is kind of slow in the beginning but it picks up. It's not a very strong storyline but still strong enough to keep your attention. Episodes are an hour long each but their are only 6 episodes. Really enjoyed the anime.

I've just started watching this and have seen the first couple of episodes. It's pretty awesome but yeah, definitely not for kids. There's some disturbing stuff in this anime.

I just watched the episode. It was good. There's a bit of mystery and violence so its good. Kind of like School Days, but not.

I didn't think the sex was as bad as some people portrayed it. I was thinking it was goign to be over the top after reading some netflix reviews but it wasn't that bad. It all fit in the context of the angels and immortals. I get why its not for kids but it wasn't that bad if you can just accept it as a big part of the plot.

Overall it was okay and i really respect the boldness of it but i was a little bit let down from the 5 star netflix scores and praise.
