Why would it?

Why would Turner get rid of Cartoon Network and proceed to buy enough anime to fill a 24/7 channel? They wouldn't own any of that content themselves and it would cost them lots of money that they don't have to spend airing reruns of their own shows of which they have many.

If Cartoon Network was taken off the air it would probably be replaced by a 24/7 Adult Swim channel since Adult Swim's weekday block (not Saturday) is the most successful part of the channel at this time. Then instead of Cartoon Network you'd have the All Family Guy, American Dad, King of the Hill, Robot Chicken and Aqua Teen Hunger Force channel, all day, every day. I don't know about you but I think they play those shows enough as it is.

People we already know that as along disney got more money than AS they going to keep Naruto shippuden for a long time get use to it.

Exactly, we will probably see Naruto Shippuden on TV for the next decade on Disney XD possibly even. Depends on when it ends in Japan though.

No it wouldn't because [adult swim] would lose so much money from that, if they didn't stop that, they'd go bankrupt, and you wouldn't even get to see anime on [as] anymore. Also you have to consider they don't have enough anime to do that, and not enough money to even get that amount.

I don't imagine they would play it all day. They'd probably just air anime in the same six hours they already do. Nothing more. You wouldn't even get your precious Pokemonz and Bakuganz anymore because they sure wont be airing on an Adult Swim channel.

I'm happy with what they have on Adult Swim for anime now. FMA: Brotherhood, Bleach, and Kekeishi make my Saturday nights.(at least they used to, before I had to share a TV with my college floor-mates)

But why don't reruns count? They're still anime and considering those reruns are some of the best anime ever made (Bebop, FLCL and GitS). I especially don't see why they don't count.

Yeah, reruns are still anime. Plus those shows are still airing for a reason. Why do you think [adult swim] hasn't dropped InuYasha, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig, FLCL (Fooly Cooly), The Big O (Season 2 only unfortunately. The rights to this show can't expire due to Cartoon Network co-producing the second season.), and Fullmetal Alchemist? They've had those shows for many years, and they've finished multiple times.
