Apparently President Obama just made a speech.

It was about the current situation in Libya and the United States' involvement. I doubt anyone else here saw it, but I felt that about 3 phrases basically applied to everything Obama said and summarized the point well:

Ghadafi is an a-hole
Let's invade Libya
Freedom, Hope, Change

But let's admit it: The last one can apply to almost everything Obama says. Anyone agree?

I saw the speech..it answered a lot of questions, but left others unanswered..

What's funny is that the #3 you listed, and him being the most white wash black dude out there, is basically what got him in the office.

Good speech..I'd like to kick whoever wrote it for him in the nuts for milking an already lackluster boney cow of lies.

"WE MUST FREE LIBYA!"

i.e use the situation to create another doorway into the Middle east to assume power and take its resources..

i.e.e basically what we and the UK did to much of Africa and South America/Central America.

Made this thread in Off Topic.

It sounded like a Bush speech, but without any justification why this war matters to the US. It was essentially a neocon speech.

Also, it will always be Qaddafi to me, so there!
