Forum Tiers

I'll be making the tiers for the forums within a month. Most of the things I needed to do are drawn up. We're just short on high-tier active debates because people haven't been submitting their names for promotion.

So if you wanna be apart of the high-tier intelligent debating, make good posts and submit yourself for high-tier consideration.
