THUS, the prediction for Kabuto is..

The sixth coffin and/or Orochimaru's cells will turn out to be his undoing.

From there, it may branch into these possibilities:

a)He will get arrogant and get defeated in battle, and does not deploy it but until it's too late for him, and thus, seeing that its controller was defeated already, it will turn against him, finishing him off.

b)He will get arrogant and get defeated in battle, and then Orochimaru's cells will exercise complete control over him, turning him into the very thing he made his Edo army into being - a mindless shell with the literal intellect of a snake.

c)Implementing both of the above, he will be defeated in battle, and then he'll, in desperation, try to summon the sixth casket against his opponent, but the only good that will do him is that the exertion of doing so will cost him his control over Orochimaru's cells, which consume him completely, turning him into a mindless shell with the literal intellect of a snake, a literal zombie and from then, the sixth casket will

1)Be rendered useless, for its master didn't even get to give him one order
2)Finish Kabuto's body off, and taking over the fight
3)Finish Kabuto's body off, and dissolve afterward.

All three possibilities accept that Kabuto may be defeated by either the Shinobi Alliance or by Madara.

Conclusion

Kabuto, ever since he returned to the manga for the World War, seemed to me more than ever as the kind of villain whose very obssession for knowledge will be the very thing that will do him in, paving the way for Madara to be the one and only Final Villain.

Most likely...but they like to throw all kinds of things into these mangas, watch it be the kool aid guy Madara always dreamed of in the 6th casket xD

Kabuto's not the arrogant type. He'll most likely summon the casket if he knows his enemies will be overpowering and it will have no ill affects on him. I believe he will either be defeated or Orochimaru's genes will take over like you said, but instead of turning into a snake, Orochimaru is basically reborn.

im hoping naruto finish's him off, with all the summons he did he should be running low on chakra, then bam hes out of here but who knows maybe we will see oro's return
