Any chance of us having the ability to post on other members profile?

I think this will be a great idea. By having this you can welcome people in a different or even start a chat on your profile page.

This would be a great idea if this could happen.

This has been asked several times before. To answer your question, it'll likely never be implemented. Once upon a time SRhyse, one of the Viz Admin's, did say he might activate it, though that was over a year and a half ago now. As for a look on why it'll probably never be implemented, see:

Ya, this unfortunately didn't pan out well when we did do it, and there isn't a whole lot of fruit that'd come out of the effort needed to maintain it

The staff would probably double just to have the people to moderate it, as AshenREAPER pointed out in the links above.

I fail to see why sending a private message is sufficient. Same thing. Just VMing is public.
