What's a fast way to level up Ninja characters on Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3? cause i want to get everyone to lvl 45 before April 25th lol.

when you finish the main scenario in master mode and you have completed all s-d rank missions after that kakashi is still in the training field and he said that he teach you a new jutsu but before that you have to learn more jutsu by completing requests and Ive finished all the requests and vie searched every where to find the last request and i can,t find it what do i do
