I don't think it's all that best for normal users not to be able to ignore Mods, just because really they do have problems with some that are Mods, even if not, I think they should be able to at least get permission to ignore them with a valid reason, like sending a PM to a Quasi telling them the reasons behind why...

Nope, there is no way you can know unless you try pming the person, it would tell you that you can't. That is, if they allowed your pms only.

You wouldn't know if you're on someone's ingore list. That person won't even tell you. They wouldn't be able to see you to the point they would be able to tell you. It wouldn't make sense either.

To be honest, I don't see why anyone would want to know. It'd probably cause problems.
If a user doesn't have anything to comment on your post, why bother caring? That user have his/her reasons.

People complain about not being able to ignore people with a position of power. I would like to see how much they complain when they get infracted for not following the advice of a Mod they had ignored.

There's a reason you can't ignore them, and if you have such a problem that you can't just skip over someones post then you really need to reevaluate yourself. "I can't help but read it" is not a valid excuse, I do it all the time to people I don't care for. And if you can't help but read their posts then you obviously don't want to ignore them as much as you think you do. Willpower, it's a great thing.
