SSJ4 Gogeta and Tenchi from Tenchi! Muyo.

I've read that SSJ4 Gogeta is arguably the strongest character in DB Sagaverse (knowing how strong DB Sagaverse is tells you that he's insanely strong,) and that Tenchi is like a god, so I'd have to go with them.

SSJ 4 Gogeta is indeed but non-canon unfortunately.

Considered as Omnipotent but that's all.
Quite the Pickle really.
The Chousin were called Omnipotent and Omniscient yet they couldn't beat the Counter Actor thus making them Non-Omni.
Tenchi defeat CA though and due to the Chousin were buffed cause he was capable of defeating her they said he is.
Lackage of Feats though he is still easily Multiversal.

in using the phrase 'god tier', than said 'god tier' can range from anything like Nagato to Madara to somthing like the Former Crimsom King in SDK to beings like Demonbane up to TOOA, each 'gods' either by there own words or in there own sense

Second, Animated Amazo still has nothing on the Abstracts and Cosmic entities from Marvel and DC.

The Chousin and Counter Actor are nigh-omnipotent and are Mulitversal entities.

People like Z have LHWs that can do just about anything, other H4X abilities such as time travel, dimensional travel, matter manipulation and teleportation, and you need something stronger than a universe buster to take him out.
