all im saying is the author is the one who decides how fast his characters go. if he says they move at hypersonic or whatever speed,then that makes it true for that character,but trying to calculate how fast they are is never going to work

We can assume by a basic standard of sizing.
If someone crosses the length of a mountian in less than a split second, then we can take the math and assume his speed.

We can never be accurate on how fast they're going but you can estimate it. It's like watching a movie and seeing somebody run from one side of the streeto to another. Estimate how long the street is, and how long it took.

distance= Velocity x Time i think. so u switch it to : velocicty=distance/ time.
And theres ur estimate :O At least thats how i'd do it

but its not accurate. some people will still say that naruto or bleach characters are faster then the other. its basically a matter of opinion then calculations

not really naruto simply isnt a fast verse, in fact these calcs make them alot faster than they are supposed to be

You totally missed the point of me saying "I kinda think you're looking at this the wrong way". We're not meant to believe the author is the almighty ruler of the universe, that whatever he says goes and if he doesn't say it it doesn't exist. Edit: Saying he created it defeats the purpose of calling it an alternate universe, hence missing my point.

For one thing, you shouldn't assume I agree with any labeling of "Hypersonic". I don't. I've yet to see any valid calculation of Hypersonic speed for that matter. But if there's a calculation that says Character A is Hypersonic and, at the same time, follows all given real-world and Naruto world logic, it's completely valid. You can't say something's false because the author didn't state it when all evidence proves otherwise. In fact when the author does state it he can be wrong. As I've said many times before, an observable fact is more reliable than a statement. If there's something in Naruto or in logic itself to contradict something the author says, then the author is incorrect, not the entire Naruto universe.

Another thing, it's not an assumption when you have facts, logic, and math backing it up. That's what a speed calculation is.

Narutoverse are ninjas that are above the average human, but not as high as the Bleachverse. They're not even human. I think DBZ is the fastest, Bleach is next, then Naruto. idk about One Piece though since I don't read/watch it. Idk about Katekyo Hitman Reborn, but Tsuna is pretty fast o_O

and like I said earlier. It's not completely accurate, but you get a good estimation. Estimate time and distance.
distance= Velocity x Time. switch it to : velocicty=distance/ time. Idk how it's really done in this case, but these are the equations for time/distance/velocity :O

dragonball speed is way higher than anything shown in the HST. raditz would solo the hst 100x over

However, Guy does have hypersonic - Massive hypersonic attacking speeds.

Fact enough to ignite the air around his hands and cause fire is stuff that space shuttles have to go mach 5 for, and they build a lot more friction a lot faster. He does it, and more so he can do it underwater as well.

He was calced at Mach 7 and nothing higher.
