vs sasuke
ok we all know that itachi was sick and blind while fighting sasuke and he kicked sasuke's butt. he only loss b cuz he wanted it that way we all know that. he3 was dying and didn't have enought time. so he wasn't even in full power. ok tsukuyomi doesn't work on sasuke,but if itachi would wanted him dead he could let amateratsu burn him to ashes. or susanoo'o destroy him.
vs jaraiya
ok those who watch the ep. where itachi says that jaraiya could easily defeat itachi and kisame notice that itachi's mangekyu wasn't fully develope so he may not have susanoo'o at that time. we know that tsukuyomi could weaken jaraiya greatly since only an uchiha can break that jutsu. amateratsu could have easily beaten him. and if he had susanoo'o at that time he could have owned him.

vs pain
ok fighting against the six paths of pain would be hard. he could get owned by fighting them all. although he could beat them seperated at least all the realms except deva pain.
vs madara
ok madara... madara saw a lot of potential in itachi. he was the 1 that originaly was assigned the kyuubi. the only thing i think protected itachi from madara taking his eyes was the amateratsu since that is what he sealed in sasuke to protect him from madara too.(maybe amateratsu can burn him even when he is intangeble) im not saying he itachi could win more like hold his own for at least a min.

Not to mention he was already sick and had used a portion of his chakra beforehand. And that he wasted the leftovers on draining the Sauce's powers to draw out Orochimaru.

At this point noone can kill Itachi because he is already dead. They can at best seal him.
