Strongest Hokage in history?

I was never sure about this. A lot of people said the first or fourth. However I believe the third is so underrated. Iruka said that the 3rd was the strongest Hokage in history :o Lot of people disagree because he died early in the series and was 70+ and not at his best when fighting a healthy Orichimaru+2 Kage's lol. However, at his prime he was a beast and is considered the god of all Shinobi.

By hype, Minato, Hiruzen and Hashirama would all be quite close. However, Minato would likely be the strongest of the three, plus he had Gamabunta as his summon, which in itself gives him an edge due to Gamas size alone, Hiruzens summon was tiny in comparison and Hashirama has no known summons.

It's true Hiruzen's summon was tiny compared to Minato's. Also, ima quote because lazy "Enma commented on his battle with Orochimaru, saying that it was "miserable" compared to his prime, even though he had clearly been able to hold his own against Orochimaru and two former Hokage without losing his composure". Futhermore he was the teacher of Jiriya and co. And I would not disregard Iruka's comment which stated that he was the strongest Hokage in history. hmmm, it's a tough one since the other Kage's are also great in their own right.

No it's Tobirama. The guy used Space/Time Nin, created Edo, a great sensor, and a master of Water Ninjutsu. His hype makes all the other Kage's look like kids.

Hashirama Senju is the strongest wood style user. He can use incredible wood attacks create forests. Plus, he can control Kyuubi. He must be skilled in other areas as well.

Tobirama Senju is greatest water style user. He can create incredible water attacks such as dragons with only one hand seal even if there is no water around. He is able to sense enemies when he places his finger on ground. He is also skilled in Space Time Jutsu. And he can also use Edo Tensei. He must be skilled in other areas as well.

Hiruzen is a strong Shinobi. He can use Kage Bunshin and even Shuriken Kage Bunshin as well as Fire bullets and Earth wall. He is also capable of sealing. He has incredibly strong summon Enma. He must be skilled in other areas as well.

Minato is one of the fastest Shinobi. He can use Rasengan, Space Time Jutsu. He can sense opponents by placing finger on ground. He is great in sealing and can also summon Gamabunta and the others. He must be skilled in other areas as well.

They are all quite strong.

Once when Naruto becomes Hokage, Konoha will again have a strong Hokage!!!

Space Time Nin = What Minato uses. Can Minato reality warp?

Also Fourth's Consuming Death Seal can beat ET especially if he can use Shadow Clones.

His water jutsu weren't that great.

Hiruzen also knows Consuming Death Seal as well as shadow clones, his Earth Style trumps water style, and we don't exactly know how great his space/time nin is, it's likely not better than Minato's

Considering Minato stated Madara is incredible for exceeding Nidaime's skill with S/T Jutsu it's safe to say it was more than just average.

He doesn't need any water source. That's great, what else can he do?

And yet Minato still hit Madara?

Nope, you calling it baseless is baseless, we haven't seen anything to suggest Tobriama is any better than Minato's jutsu that was able to strike Madara.

I can be the son of the strongest man in the world and be weak.

Sannin are about average Kage level.

All the other Hokage's are Hokage's as well.

The other Hokage's aren't Kunoichi so that technically isn't the best piece of hype.

Most of the other kages, excluding Minato had about the same amount.

Ummm no? Pretty sure it wasn't just her.

And she doesn't really top any of them.

Hiruzen handled Oro and the first two Kage's at 70 years of age and still managed to seal the two kages and take Oro's jutsu abilities away.
Was considered god of shinobi.
Was chosen as 3rd hokage at a very young age.
Taught the three Sannin.

His hype is more air tight than Tsunade's not to mention better.
