The true 5th Hokage
I just noticed this and I ain't sure if it's Kishi's or the Translator's fault.
Chapter 236 Page 9. Choza and Ino Conversation: Choza: Tsunade-Sama's return to Konoha utterly saved us...If she hadn't come, Chouji would now be... Next Panel we see Ino's Face with the writing "The 5th Hokage". Yes you heard right. If Tsunade wouldn't have returned Chouji would be Hokage.

Maybe Ino didn't know exactly how powerful Tsunade was, and so when she heard that she saved Chouji, maybe she was like, "Whoa!"?
I dunno. Probably Kishi's mistake there.
