I don't know if this is too serious but I didn't agree with Hachibi and he got mad i guess.So he neg repped me as taker(not that i'm complaining for being neg repped) it's just that Taker has really high rep and this was neutral so....yeah just telling the higher ups since i read that you can't pose as someone else when giving rep

To stop you from neg-repping him back or getting someone with significantly more rep power to do it. Or to cause crap between you and Taker. Who knows?

Obviously, it's a habit to him because this isn't the first time, nor will it be the last time from him.

Either he doesn't know the good and the bad of using the reputation system, or he does that because...? I don't even know why a user would down rep another leaving another user name. Doing so, will possibly cause conflict. What if that member who was down repped, doesn't like being down repped, and decided to go after the user who down repped him/her? Sometimes, that will also result to retaliatory downrepping to the user who left their name, but if it wasn't really that user who did it, an innocent member can be downrepped for no reason at all.

He should be punished. It doesn't matter if he isn't leaving explicit comments, the point is, he's done it more than once, and it can become a problem.

This isn't the first time. He's abusing rep. Although he has red rep, he's still abusing it and he's not leaving people to be at peace. His rep must be taken away.

I suggest that it is done fast though(again not because he neg-repped me) but people have said that he has done this b4 so he needs to be punished somewhat
