It didn't say it liked Kuno's over the rest, but that Kuno's isn't awful - just needs tweaking. It also goes a long way towards showing others who may be interested in submitting Badge options what they can expect to be acceptable or not.

I like both, but Kuno's has a sort of metal etch feel to it, which always grabs my attention more than it should; whereas Jacq's reminds me of those squishy plastic pool toys, which I also like, but never admit to.

Sure. I like Cracky's better too, I think mine are simplistic, I just put them up since ~~Kingsnort~~ kingsnoke was the only other person who had made anything, but I can take out the face and recenter them all the same.
