Then following with a story line of you being left alone brought up by a family in a small village after a huge war (showing way into the future after Naruto and his companions.) The world is still in need of help all the great country's have crumbled over a high power that had raised from apprentice of Sasuke's; His hatred was past down. You are to become a peace bringer to all the country's.

Through all this story line there is training to become an independent ninja (This includes your starting techniques and all) Your techniqes can change and grow....There would be tons of (Trees) of styles and growths some old and some no one has ever heard of. This will all grow as you go along your journey. Part way through the journey you start a Village of your own...(This is where the strategy comes into play) Besides the starter quest you will begin to gain endless quest from people needing help from other villages. In your village it will grow your ninjas will grow (As well as possibility of picking up (Heroes) to lead Thousands of ninjas in to battles.) There will be main line quest (Story line) as well as thousands of side quest to grow. As your village gets bigger so does the Apprentice army and skills. You will have to have the right amount of Defense at your village because while your gone doing quest your village can and will be attacked.
EDIT------------I also before bed wanted to add that the real strategy in the game will be in the village wars ( Heroes will have techniques that they can choose once and as well as military placement on the battle filed) xD okay now done sorry good night enjoy!!!

is MMORPG new? Because it would be easy to figure out (not talking about how they will manage to make a sever to withstand so much data) the missions are endless and at the same time you can follow through the actual series.... ok I think I might rip-off fusion fall (cartoon network) slightly but it's directly with Naruto and not creating new designs

Never even heard of fusion fall but okay so its not completely new thanks for the input.
