I couldn't help but notice a member was snatching a theory from people on other sites, and posting them here. Then seeing them using them as if they have made the theory themselves. What irritates me the most though, is when I see members posting theories that aren't theirs, take credit for it, and get unnecessary +Rep. That is completely unacceptable, people work hard on these theories, and to see people stealing them and taking credit for it is completely wrong.

When/if posting others theories it is asked that you give credit for the original author of said theory, and you show valid proof that you have their permission to use the theory.

That guy was an ass cause he copy pasted the idea in someone elses words.

If I downrepped someone every time they stated an idea someone else has once had, you would all be out of rep.

Question.....I looked at the link Toma posted on the thread in question. It wasn't from this site. So my question is....Are you sure that it's not the same person. I mean like they posted the theory on that site first and then copied it and posted it on their account here as well.

Not the most likely answer but still.......a lot of ppl do discuss on multiple forums, not just this one. My opinion is that this user shouldn't be downrepped for this unless you somehow have a way of knowing for sure that the other link you found doesn't belong to the same person that posted the theory here.

I'm not trying to cross my bounds. I have no power or pull here. I just wanted to give you guys my opinion as a regular active member.

Well thought out opinions are always welcomed.

And while many users talk like they have more power than a normal user, few do. And those who do, are usually very good listeners.

Forums are nothing without the regulars.

This is a common problem with stupid people here. What's really bad is when someone takes really long and clearly well though out theory's like this one (this remdins me of a theory on here that someone posted )

This is bloody long but its for fans, so why not. Read it... Oh yes, I posted a similar thread in Theory. But oh well :/ No one reads there.

So here we go:

Tobi/Madara is a mix or Obito and Shisui.

As we all know Danzo has Shisui right eye and Kakashi has Obito's left eye.

Also, remember this: Tobi said he was collecting good eyes, I doubt that was just Itachi and Sasuke.

The problem starts here, when was it that Danzo took Shisui's eye?

Before, or after Obito's death?

My theory is after.

Madara died in the fight with Hashirama or barely survived and he was extremely weak, in a last ditch he used his Chakra to preserve his soul to have him ressurected. An accomplice of his probably took that soul away.

Madara, or his accomplice had merged Madara's soul many years later with Obito stolen body, such leading to the conclusion that Obito body was destroyed so badly it was not possibly to recover it. The reason why Obito's body was used is:

1) Madara wanted to do it with much subtlity for some reason as to try and keep himself being alive a secret so as to probably not review a secret plan.

2) Obito's body/eye had a somewhat amazing potential.

With a new body, Madara had to stay somewhere in secret to recuperated his Chakra, after this recuperating period, Madara unleashes almost all of his recuperated Chakra in an attempt to destroy Konoha with the Kyuubi, only to be stopped by the 4th Hokage.

Thus, Madara said Naruto was the one who threw a wrench in his plan.

But this was not all, after being stopped by the 4th Hokage, Madara came up with another plan, and this plan was not possible with only one eye so he had to steal another body, and that other body was probably Shisui's body.

When the body was being stolen, Danzo was probably revealed part of Madara plan and came to fear it. My theory was that the body was stolen as Danzo had Shisui's eye implanted in him, he probably chosed the right eye first as he had lost it previously.

Again, Shisui's eye was stolen because his eye might have an amazing potential. Probably the Space-time jutsu his body/eye provided.

Madara/His accomplice somehow merged the two bodies together.

(In this theory of mine, I am portraying Danzo as a man who isn't really evil.)

Fearing that the Uchiha clan might aid Madara in his plan. Danzo took the opportunity of Uchiha clan being discriminated against as a evidence that they were going to plan a coup as an excuse to annihilate them and they eventually did.

So everything is going smoothly as Danzo had planned. Uchiha Itachi as an ANBU was tasked to be a double agent, because he was most suited for the job being and ANBU and Uchiha. He probably planned to destroy Itachi as well but unfortunately Itachi wasnt so dumb. Itachi had information about the village and threathened Danzo that he would leak information about the village to opposing nations if he ever laid a hand on Sasuke. Also, Itachi was strong and smart enough to escape from Danzo's clutches, escaping the village.

This shows that Danzo actually cares about the village because he fear that the village might have its secret leaked out.

Because of this, the Uchiha clan wasn't annihilated completely. As such he founded "The Foundation" as a last resort to defend against Madara. Soon he developed a plan to become a Hokage to defend the Fire nation from the impending danger. He developed a complex that the other Hokages wont be able to protect the village and that he must take the position because he was the only one capable.

Back to Madara, if the soul jutsu was incomplete and the body was rotting like Orochimaru, he had a passive space-time body jutsu to keep it from being destroyed, constantly repairing the damages.

But because this body wasn't his own he needed power, thus Akatsuki was formed, this was but a facade to a much bigger plan I am sure you know all about already, the Moon Eye's plan.

[insert dramatic Sasuke story]

This Sasuke grows up, destroys Itachi, adopted by Tobi as his new pet.

Flaws in his story:

1) Itachi was actually telling the truth, he wanted to protect Sasuke so he told him the truth. Tobi weaved a lie that he wasn't the one that unleashed the fox using Sasuke insane and confused state to his advantage, thus bringing Sasuke to his side.

2) How was Tobi lying?

i) Uchiha clan could not have unleashed the Kyuubi upon themselves, Sasuke failed to notice that Uchiha clan was also fighting against the Kyuubi during the onslaught, Sasuke was probably thinking "Itachi killed Uchiha because they planned the coup.","The fox might have been part of the coup.", "Itachi killed Uchiha because of the coup and lied to me so that I wouldn't trust Madara", "Tobi might have been telling the truth." "No.No.No." As such he was too confused to think of anything else, Tobi knew that, so he took the opportunity. Sasuke never once questioned himself, "Why protect me from Madara?"

ii) Tobi immediately changed the subject at the opportunity that Sasuke said "Itachi was tainted by Akatsuki. Saying that Itachi had joined Akatsuki to spy on the organization from the inside, fearing Sasuke might reach the conclusion why protect him from Madara. But that was wrong as well, Itachi joined the organization to keep an eye on Madara, to protect his brother. Sasuke failed to notice that again. He didnt spy for Konohagure only, he spied on Tobi to protect Sasuke from him. Itachi knew that Madara had planned for Itachi to die during their showdown, and Itachi had already knew he would die, he couldn't prevent that so he told Sasuke about Madara and implanted Amaterasu in him. Itachi wanted to relieve his sin with his death, but he didnt know what kind of messed up person he had made Sasuke into. Sasuke didnt know alot of Itachi, and Itachi couldn't tell them to Sasuke, when Tobi told Sasuke the truth although it was half lies , Sasuke totally bought it.

iii) Itachi did make and alliance with Madara, but only because Itachi knew of Madara's plan somehow. For his plan, Madara needed help. Naturally Madara needed more power, so Madara accepted Itachi's aid gladly. But here was the lie:

The offer was actually that in return for destroying the family, he couldn't lay a hand on Sasuke or the rest of the village. Now I must tell you, according to my theory, Danzo annihilated the Uchiha Clan because he THOUGHT Madara wanted help. But he was wrong, Madara wanted the entire Uchiha Clan's death as well for betraying him. Also, Madara probably didnt know that the Clan was planning a coup. Itachi knew that Madara might have wanted Uchiha to side with him (at this point Itachi may have already known about about Madara's plot, maybe from Danzo's file.) so he, for the benefit of the Fire Nation, made a offer to Madara saying something along the lines "Uchiha clan is as faithful to Konoha as ever, but I shall eliminate the clan for you while you keep you being alive a secret. In exchange, I will keep my brother alive and you cant harm the rest of the village." thus the pact was made, and after that Madara obviously found out about the truth. But it was too late as the clan was already annihilated and Itachi is already loyal to him, the best option he had was to make full use of Itachi strong powers while he was still loyal to him in Akatsuki. In any case, Madara had already planned the destruction of Konoha. Also he knew of Sasuke. Indeed he needed aid but he also didnt want a Uchiha on the Fire Nation's side, he knew an Uchiha would be a force to be reckonned with and he didnt want someone like that on the enemy's side. As such he plotted for the lies after Itachi's death during the Sasuke and Itachi showdown, then bring Sasuke to his side. It was all in his favour then, Madara had Itachi help in his plan to collect the Tailed-Beast, he only wanted to destroy Konoha after he had collected the Tailed-Beast. And according to his plan, Itachi would have already died by then.

3) Itachi knew that Madara was dangerous so he made sure Sasuke wouldn't trust him, Itachi wanted Sasuke to side with the village. But blinded by his vengence, Sasuke couldn't notice the flaws in the story.

4) "The moment he showed up at the village after the 3rd Hokage had died was so that he could tell Danzo he was Alive." was probably the last straw for Sasuke, Sasuke had probably stopped thinking about what Tobi had said previously, all was going true his mind was, "It makes sense..." "No... No way..."

He still refuses to admit it although truth was dawning on him, Tobi's lies and truth had made its way into his mind and when Tobi said "But you were still alive", that was it. Sasuke was under Tobi.

What Tobi said was true with some lies. You can tell which part was likely to be lies when the author didnt draw pictures in the panels when he described the incident

So Itachi big plan to not have Sasuke fall in the hands of Tobi failed. Now Sasuke is Tobi's new toy and puppet, under the influence of avenging his brother, he is unstoppable.

I didn't even bother to read it. I skimmed But yea, it's really bad when someone steals it because
1) You actually read thew the whole thing (If your smart enough)
2) Some poor kids probably sent a few hours on it
3) You stole it

But the up side is
A) Most people can not remember something that long, so 2-1 you won't get cought
B) Too long for people to read. If you don't read it, they won't know you stole it
C) It's Really long

I have already put this on my theory post, but I'll say it here: I promise you all that I would never take ideas from other people and pass them off as my own. By the way, I posted that theory I made BEFORE it says that THAT theory was posted. A whole 3 hours before. If anything, that person stole it from me.

N321 got me REALLY riled up by harassing me for 30 mins to infract or ban you or something for having the same idea as someone.

Eventually after 4 or so back and fourths I told him just to call you out, which he seemed unable to do, so I did it for him for some reason I am not aware of.

Then he called me out for posting illegal links (and he was incorrect.)

He then PM'ed another high up after I refused to sticky this thread.

It was a heck of a night, and he was just one thing on my plate.

I'm sorry for not checking the times, it was completely unacceptable of me to miss that.

He can't. He was banned from the Tech help section after telling too many people wrong things and ignoring the advice given by the powers that be. This happened quite a while ago.
