I'd say the stats in Databooks are off, but when it describes techniques, jutsu, or ideas that aren't that farfetched, it could be allowed.

??? each time someone gave me a bad example in the databook I prooved it wrong so theres still nothing. I dont see why its frowned upon if the author says it himself, I cant believe you guys really think you know more than the author.

Haku is lightspeed, his jutsu works by reflecting his image in the mirrors & thus is lightspeed. He wouldnt have a 4.5 if he was really lightspeed. I dont remember his speed exactly but he was 4 or so iirc, just saying if he were lightspeed itd be 5. Anything else that you think is farfetched so I can prove it wrong?

Heroeking says Cho Odama Rasengan isnt mountain busting until its prooven. Well weve seen the insane destructoin power of other rasengan, and Cho Odama Rasengan is 50 times as big. Then in the databook. Kishi himself says it can hollow out an entire mountain. Now with all the support towards it & not to mention the author himself says so, why is it not accepted simply cause it wasnt specifically drawn on screen? Nothing contrradicts it at all.

The stats in Databooks can be very vague especially 'cause everything is out of 5.

Haku's speed is listed as 4. That's tied with Kakuzu and faster than Hidan (3.5).

Pre-Chunin Exams Sasuke was able to follow and beat Haku without his Sharingan. Hidan was pressuring Kakashi and kept up with him. Am I supposed to believe Haku is faster than Hidan?

As for the Ice Mirrors, Sasuke with a 2-tomoe Sharingan was able to read and fully react to Haku's movements. There's no way that Haku is moving at light speed then. A much more experienced and stronger Sasuke couldn't even read or react Killer B's movements. That means Killer B is much faster than the speed of light, which we know isn't true.

For descriptions of jutsu and whatnot, that's where "farfetched" comes in. Sure, Haku uses reflections to move with his mirrors, but for it to be at light speed is a stretch. For a Choodama Rasengan, hollowing out a mountain wouldn't be farfetched. We've seen how much bigger it is from a normal Rasengan, which already is incredibly powerful.

He wasnt reacting to Haku who actually reflected in the mirrors. Haku came out to gof or Naruto & that was the one and only time. Haku destroyed all of Narutos clones so fast they appeared like they were destroyed @ one time, Sasuke wasnt keeping up with lightspeed. I was calling him a 4 because his real speed isnt light speed its his jutsu that makes him lightspeed.

How else would it be if Haku transports himself through mirrors through reflections, its anything but lightspeed. Its notl ike hes actually regularly lightspeed in base & its not like it makes him any powerful than he normally is even if he was 20 times FTL. Stronger person can always just break out Hakus only so strong. Its not farfetched at all. I mean even if they were all faster than light if Kishi says so I believe him , he's the writer of the manga. AKA word of god.

Its debating on the rules so why shouldnt it be allowed? I guess were debating on the rule that what the author himself says isnt allowed weird some people think what the author says is wrong.

If facts aren't presented in the manga, in the form of the story, it shouldn't be held as a feat.

Cause its a known fact Author statements more than just occasioncally contradict their works.

EG:
Kishi says Kakashi became Chuunin at age 6.
Contradicts the Manga as it implies Anko was 2 when we saw her in the Chuunin Exam with Kakashi which obviously wasn't the case.

Kakashi and Anko in the same exam itself goes against Kishis words as he says Anko became Chuunin with 12.

Yet they were in the same Chuunin exam.
Kakashi - Chuunin 6
Anko - Chuunin 12
Anko is about 3-4 years younger.
Le what the f?

This isn't just Kishi but in general.
Bankai are rare, near everyone has them.

Authors talk out of they're rear ends all the time.just like everyone else. It's a rarr thing indeed to find a consistent author

Kishi stated yata no.kagami can block anything: are you willing to defend that? Say against the death star?

At best one can claim yata can block something equal to or less than its circumference and its radius^2.

Anymore especially significantly so(such as a deathstar laser) would have too much AoE for yata to defend against it

If an attack/blast etc is _<_ yata's radius^2 then an attempt at saying it can block/deflect said attack/blast can be mounted. At which point wanking may escalate and author statements can be supported or discredited and that's how it works.

OK The thing about Anko being 2 at the time is questionable, however her becomeing a chunin as 12 when Kakashi made Chunin at six isn't, for all we know Anko could have failed six times or more before making it to chunin, I mean Neji took the chunin exams the same time as Shikamaru and yet Shikamaru was the only one who became a Chunin that year.

You see if I were talking about Multiverse you would have point, however, I'm talking about Narutoverse and if the Death Star was created in the Naruto Manga then yes Yata no Kagami could block it. What I am talking about is why when it's only talking about things from the Naruto Manga against other things from the Naruto Manga do people pretend like they know more about how things work in that world than the man who created that world?

Never said thats it.
Point was that Anko is stated to be younger by 3-4 years than Kakashi yet became a Chuunin at 12 with Kakashi becoming one at 6 yet both taking part in the very same despite Anko supposed to have been 2-3 years old when it was obvious they were older.

Alright. Then let's use some in-universe examples.

You need chakra in order to summon right? Sasuke summmoned manda when he was at zero on his chakra. What the sense make?

Or that transferred eyes are constantly active yet nagatos rinnegan was supposedly originally belonging to madara or tobi(tobi is quoted as saying they were originally his) yet in nagatos flash back we see him unlocking rinnegan from base eyes. Again. What the sense make?

When an author fails their own logic we must sunstitute real world logic.

So in other words when the author shows he does not understand his own work people who understand how it should work replace him as an inteligence

I wrote this just to counter cults example in another thread but it fits well here so here it is the explanation .(atleast a way it doesnt look like poof pink unicorn magic)

Realize when they say in naruto they are out of chakra they can atleast use 2-3 more jutsu. (As when people run out of chakra they die as stated in part 1 so simply sasuke was not out of chakra his chakra was just very low.(These are simple hyperboles) This should explain the whole manda thing. (also note there was no reliable confirmation of his chakra level as the were no external observers who could see his chakra reserves with dojutsu(byakugan,sharingan).

Sasuke stating "I'm out of chakra" would mean he's low on chakra and not completely devoid of it but it is still a deus ex machina that he was capable of summoning manda because he shouldn't have had enough to even maintain vital life processes after summoning jutsu if he was low enough to say he was out of chakra
