Deidara, try Battlegrounds HQ again.

Yeah fixed. New forums aren't excluded by default, those are all newer forums and weren't set be excluded when they were made like the other sections.

Hmmm, it appears I can now exclude all of the forums that I previously couldn't exclude. Thank you.

I apparently can't exclude more than a certain number of forums at a time, but that's hardly an issue since I'll still be leaving a few forums un-excluded no matter how I do it.
