Well Muu is a Sensor so I wouldn't really put dodging Naruto as a speed Feat when the Guy can sense People from Miles of Distance.

Gives him time to evade.

Even Karin can dodge majorly fast Jutsu's when she senses them from afar and thus can evade it due to enough time given to dodge.

You can evade a Ball easily from long distances.
Gets eventually harder when closer.

Same Principle.

Muu sensed Naruto's Rasengan Planet Rasengan from further away and thus knew the exact moment when to dodge before its too late.

Onoki stated soon after Muu is a sensor.

So it is a reaction feat in a technical sense.

You also have to remember that Muu was able to see Naruto's movements for a bit until he used his chakra arms to stretch the planetary rasengan.

Muu was able to react to see it, but he was just way too slow to evade.

Don't think he'll be showing much anyway. His power is halved and all he's here for now is to summon Kabuto's trump card.

As Kabuto said this summoning requires a quite amount of chakra, I wouldn't be surprised if the summoning jutsu drains the rest of his chakra and he's left defenseless.
