Danzo is in the Legend Tier. Glad to see nothing has been screwed up.

But Sasuke is only greater than Danzo because he has EMS now. He clearly was less than equal in their match. 3 v. 1, how pathetic.

Wait a minute. Couldn't Gai also be Legend Tier if he enters 8 Gates? But then again, that would be suicide. It's likely due to the Gate of Death claiming your life, right after you've used it.

Danzo uses Shisui's eye to make Sasuke stab himself in his female genital regions.

Danzo hasn't shown that he can use it in the midst of battle or I would totally support that.

Not to mention, I believe Sasuke would be impervious to it, or else Shisui would've defeated Itachi.


That said....should I add Shisui to the tier?

The only reason he didn't was because there's a recharge time after use. When he had Karin hostage during his fight with the Sauce he was debating whether to use the eye for genjutsu or for Izanagi, meaning he is capable of it and since this thread plainly isn't based on feats, given that fact that Failato Failikaze, the Fourth Failkage is Legend tier, it is usable.

I'll support that then, since Danzo seems intelligent enough to know when his eye would work.

As for Minato, this is a hype list too. As well as feats.

Minato blocked a Kyuubi Menacing Ball and injured Madara. That makes him legend.

By hype, Minato should be on Legend Tier, due to being one of the strongest Ninjas in history. One of A's bodyguards also mentioned that Minato is just as fast as A. By feats? I don't think so. I've heard that Minato killed a group of Shinobi instantly, with the help of the FTG Technique. Though Minato isn't the best when it comes to feats, he has shown that he dodge an attack from Kyuubi, when the Biju took a swipe at Minato. Minato not only dodged the attack, but he also appeared under a tree. Also, iirc, he warped the Menacing Ball out of Konohagakure no Sato. I mean, it could make him Legend, but in my opinion, it doesn't. But then again, it's only my opinion.

I'm aware of Failato's hype creditentials, I'm just pointing out that the fact that he's on the list proves that it's not restricted to feats, which is why Shisui's eye can be used in battle.

It can be resisted, which is more than enough grounds to support repelling and countering. So when you can prove it can't be repelled/countered, I'll be happy to take that into account. But since we both know you can't, you've got nothing.

I suggest Minato is placed higher. Bare in mind a Minato with prep can teleport anywhere instantly. And do so, so fast he can dodge Madaras time/space jutsu. That would at least let him escape any of Sasukes jutsu. Who is above him currently.

Considering Hashirama and SoTSP made it to Legend tier. I assume some hype is being included?

If that is the case, then heres what my Kage Tier would look like. Based on feats + hype. Basicly what Kishi would want us to believe. More or less

Even by hype Tsunade is at best high jonin. There is no scenario in which she could ever possibly be considered Kage level. The only scenario in which Tsunade could be considered Kage level is if we take your wank into account, in which case she is far FAR above legend tier.


And then there's the fact that Mei is incomprehensibly listed below Sucknade when she's blatantly superior in both feats and hype...


Why Guy is below Chiyo is beyond me. Onoki is legend tier...That list is garbage.

None of the ETZs have shown the ability to repel it. Only Haku and Zabuza resisted for a while but now Kabuto has full control over them. Oro controlled two Hokages and forced them to fight the Third.

As of now we have not seen a single ETZ breaking out of the mind control technique. At the same time we have seen Sakura repel "fail no jutsu" and Sasuke/Kakashi/Bee repel sharingan gen-jutsus.
