Shikamaru could EASILY take out the two above him, and Shikamaru with prep and knowledge should be much much much higher.

Except for having a bunch of small slugs healing, she probably still had all her Part One feats but with the multiple slugs she's an asset to her team. Then again, this is free-for-all rather than being able to help on a team.

Yah it's only good for team scenario's.

EDIT: Also how is Ino above Sakura and Tenten? Tenten being the ranged fighter, easily has Ino beat who has no defense for hordes of weapons coming at her, Sakura has proved she can tank more, and is quite faster than Ino, not to mention stronger, and better at healing. Also Tsunade is a stronger version of Sakura with better healing and a boss summon, she should be at least the next tier up.

I agree. He did take down Hidan after all. He should not be in the garbage tier.

She is the Hokage and he is a Chunin. Assuming that Konoha has any semblance of thought in their heads that makes sense.

Yes neither of them should be down there. Especially when their are ninjas like Konohamaru and Tenga to put there.

At the risk of being labeled as a Fascist, does that mean we can have match ups between humans and puppets? There is not much difference between and ETZ and a puppet.

Edo Tensei summons are capable of independant thought. Puppets are just glorified action figures. Without the original summoner, Edo Tensei zombies just keep going. Without a puppeteer, puppets are just something to waste space. Not entirely unlike yourself. There is no similarity between them whatsoever beyond "They are humanoid".

We all saw in the last chapter that the ETZ would prefer not being what they are.

Kabuto is forcing the souls to do his dirty work and without Kabuto the ETZs dont/wont exist.

There is also the minor issue of battles turning into stomps and there not being too many non-ETZ dead guys left in Narutoverse. This rule will simply kill the battles.

Kabuto is Top Tier with Edo Tensei. Without the Edo Tensei, wouldn't he be lower High-Tier, due to his skills in Taijutsu, and Chakra Scalpel?
