Why would I do that? Madara is only on there because he obtained the Rinnegan and Kabuto basically created him as a Hashirama hybrid. So it's more like the bar for making God Tier is being as strong as Madara and Hashirama combined.

Same with guys like EMS Madara, Danzo and the 3rd Raikage huh? (discounting fodders)

This is where feats exclusive agendas need to be put in check by manga portrayal and perspective in case the concept is abused by irrational zealots.

We know Tsunade > Chiyo, Chiyo blatantly admitted that the slug princess countered all of her poisons during the Third War. And she also stated CQC is a nightmare for puppet users, an area of combat Tsunade excels at.

We also know her physical strength nearly killed Jiraiya, only one of two times that has ever occurred in his lifetime... the other being 4 tailed Naruto.

We also know... at least with Sozo Saisei active, Kabuto can't even touch her. And she is the greatest medic ninja in the world.

Tsuande hids in a slug or activates her "repair anything at all" jutsu.
Temari can't do crap to Tsuande, she only has a large AOE attack, which really a quite low damage per area attack.

In fact, lets move Temari down a few slots, she is way too high.

Edit: Tsunade has beat no one. Danzo took out a dozen or so. Not to mention Danzo beat Sasuke who had to be healed by Karin. Madara killed a whole battalion. And would have killed Gaara and Onoki if Tsunade didn't arrive to heal them.
3rd took out the Hachibi.

As for the slug, if she wasn't fast enough to do it before why would she be fast enough now.

The alleged repair anything at all jutsu is a no limits fallacy. Where's the proof she can regenerate from being chopped to pieces?

Temari is fine where she's at, above Tsunade right where she belongs.

She beat Shizune to the stomach when Shizune questioned her motives back in the Sannin arc.

quite honestly using that as your criteria you're viewing this through very narrow shades.

by that reasoning Lee is the weakest of the genin despite not winning a single battle in Part 1, yet we know for a fact that he is one of the most powerful of the lot.

EDIT: Wooster, the manga says nothing of Danzo beating Sasuke even though we know he can. Going by your reasoning he did not beat Sasuke.

Proof that Temari jutsu can "chop to pieces" The damage of her attack is way to wide for that. Look at how large the the trees are when they are cut down. They aren't "chopped to pieces."
Tsuande easily surrived a three foot wide blade going right through her and counterattacked. That seems similar to the best Temari can do.

Proof that Temari can summon her wood chuck faster than Tsunade's slug. Until we have any proof of that, we must assume same summoning speeds.

By any measure, Danzo won the one-on-one battle.

Hardly, the results weren't conclusive therefore you have no merit in saying who decisively won for the sake of win/loss track record.

Temari's Summoning is one of the most overrated moves I've ever debated over. If it didn't kill, or even sever a single of limb of Tayuya, it's not going to kill Tsunade.

As for summoning speed, we know she's at least as fast as Jiraiya and Orochimaru at summoning.

Ever seen a Katon do any actual damage? Ever seen someone with a sword inflict realistic damage with that sword? Same reason it didn't kill Tayuya. TVTropes has a trope about it. Something like the Inverse Law of Lethality vs Usefulness. I forget what it was exactly.

The point is, the more likely a given attack is to do actual damage the less likely it is to have any real effect.

If Quick Beheading Dance can instantly(-ish) level a forest full of trees that are a hell of a lot stronger than the human body then it can casually Tsunade's up. To suggest that this is not the case is retardedry at best, trolling at worst. But wrong either way.

Temari isn't going to be competing with the likes of Naruto using QBD but she sure as hell goes ahead of Tsunade in any fight that doesn't start with them in close proximity.
