Bigger than a planet? Not that I recall.

There is a giant robot that releases viruses though.

And there's something called an anti-proton bomb that would supposedly destroy the world but it was not triggered for obvious reasons.

Oh that, nah Friend isn't actually bigger than a planet. He's the main villain of the story but he's human. That picture probably just shows how Friend had almost total control of the world at one point in the manga. I think that was the cover of the 20th volume or something.

Narutoverse pwns...20th Centuryverse is too...'normal'

With a year of prep? Not in the least.

All they'd need to do is create a buncha those robots that release the virus, or those flying saucers that release it too. Unless Narutoverse has some sort of epic technology out of nowhere, they are not going to deal with the virus.

Then there's the anti-proton bomb, GG Narutoverse if that gets used. Stupid as it is, they could use the prep time to build a rocket and put someone in there and fly them off into space. Then when the match comes they unleash the anti-proton bomb. Since the person in the rocket survives but no one else does, then 20th Century Boysverse wins. Horribly pathetic tactic, but nonetheless an effective one.

Naruto technology is weird. On one hand they have refrigerators but on the other hand they lack cars, guns, those types of things. It's certainly not enough against 20th CBverse though.

Medical ninjutsu will not help against the advanced virus. For one, if they don't know about it, they can't exactly make a cure, and spontaneous treatment of viruses generated through much more advanced technology isn't exactly a specialty of the Narutoverse. By the time they actually understand what's going on it'd be too late, and if all the strong fighters and healers got struck by it, there's really no chance of stopping it.
