Basically the world you're all living in. Who are its top tiers?

Physical combat only, no people using guns or president: /nuclear missle launch. Oh, and everyone in debate is in the exact state they're in now in the real world.

Tough topic. On land, probably a Grizzly Bear. Few things can overpower it. Maybe a Lion.

I WILL FIGHT TO THE DEATH THAT A LION > A TIGER.

In the water, probably a squid.

I would say a Polar bear on land they are bigger then Grizzly bears.
I agree Lions are better. But technically with the help of science the biggest cat is a Liger.
I agree It would either be a Squid or an Orca.

On land... imo it belongs to the ants. They can swarm in the millions and basically tear a cow apart. They have such numbers and the effects of what they do are so little but so much when piled together. Unless these are only one animal at a time.

In the water, my money is on the squid but you can't count out the lionfish. Poison is poison.

If in a Swarm Killer Bees considering they can attack for 10 Hours and chase a Person over 1000 Feet.
Perhaps a Mosquito due to Malaria.

In Water:
Box Jellyfish having the most deadly venom of all Animals.

In terms of People:

Miyamoto Musashi
Started fighting at 12 where he defeated a Samurai called Arima Kihei who was very skilled with Sword and Lance.
Musashi slayed him with a Staff in a 1-1 Duel.
Up age 28 he fought 60 Battles and took part in 6 Wars including the Sekigahara one.And never lost once.
His Victories include over Shishido Baiken and the greatest Samurai of his Time Sasaki Kojiro.

there's some debate as to whether musashi is overhyped though. he's also dead, so not part of the real world as it is now...

When speaking about humans, look at the MMA and UFC fighters. They are near the top, but mostly those Special Forces juggernauts who have leared many types of martial arts and fighting styles and can take hits, and give 'em back 10 fold.
