Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Freedom

My Naruto game idea is for a Naruto RPG for the PC,PS3, and Xbox 360 that can allow you to play as Naruto or a character that you can make up to join Naruto and Team 7 as a back up member or something . Also the game will have to cover all of the Naruto Episodes 1 to 220, but the Naruto storyline can be altered if you make our own character or you can keep it the same by playing as Naruto. Also I think that the whole Naruto world to be ONE BIG OPEN WORLD MAP, that right one big open world map with everything about the Naruto Series and what the hell also Naruto Shippuden aswell. So that the game will have to have two disks, one for Naruto and one for Naruto Shippuden. So what do you think about this ideal? Also the game should have Multiplayer up to 512 player and a ninja perk system which give your made up character abilities and jutsu, like there can a be a perk that can make you pseudo-jinchuriki like what sora is in Naruto Shippuden. What ninja perks whould you if this game was going to be made?
