Sannin Forum Rules

The forum rules have been reworded into what we hope is a more straightforward and easy-to-read format, go check them out by clicking the 'Forum Rules' link at the top of this thread. Please give us your feedback on them.

It seems a little empty, in my opinion.

I would have liked seeing a little more detail on cursing. I know we allow it in situations.

I like how it targets key points rather than just being a condensed paragraph for each rule, but it could use some more specific explanations and emphasis on punishment and various other entities that you guys hunt down more vigilantly like spam and illegal content.

I agree. I'm slightly confused on this particular part of the rules.

Most words can be used if not used in a flaming sense. Also, when used as an example, it can generally be okay to use.

The only words that cannot be used ever, are the F word, Cu word and f-ag(got). Though, the last one, I still don't particularly agree with.

I think that more hyperlinks and a few more details should be added to the rules. Other than that, it seems O.K.

Isn't the correct word, "veer" off topic, not "vear" off topic?

Anyway, the new rules are pretty straightforward, which is a plus, but I agree that some things, like the cursing rules (thanks, Maik, for clearing that up) need to be touched on more. The last thing we need is a newbie taking up the mods' precious time by reporting something that's not really bad. :/

Still, great job to those that contributed!

Personally I don't see any real difference, other than the rules being shorter and saying "Be ninja". Although I think that's a nice touch.

This is already covered in the rules.
- No fanart, fanfiction, fansubs, or scanlations that make use of official characters or storylines owned by us (Viz Media).

I will personally delete any infraction given to a new member on their first day, if it's something so small.

So even though the new rules say that cursing is one of the things we can't do, we can use it as long as it isn't used to flame someone or isn't one of the words you listed?
