Naruto Tier Lists, 1: Hype 2: Feats

These lists are to give a general idea of how people rank in the Narutoverse. Do not use them as your only source in a debate because they won't be entirely accurate.

The lists might have some wrong placements so if you want to move or add a character on the list, specify which character should go where and provide some good reasons for why you think so.

This first list is based on hype, what would happen if the characters fought in the manga, what Kishi and the characters said and things of that nature. It is also based on CIS and whatever the characters would do in the fight normally, as before, as if it would happen in the manga.

Note: The characters are in their most current form or at the form of their death.

This is the second list. All Characters are judged mainly by their current feats in the Manga (not just because of what Kisame and Rocklee say mind you). Databook stats will not be used due to being outdated and inconsistent, and anime only feats won't be used either.

The default conditions for the matches in this thread go by current Battleground rules. Other than that, all characters are able to fight at full potential. You might notice that there are separate placements for the same character, the reason being that their abilities totally change in their different forms, and that there's a lot of prep time needed to enter those forms (like Sage Mode).

Currently under reform.

Does Zetsu really deserve to be that high? I don't remember much hype from him and Madara saying that he's not a front line fighter as if it were obvious.

Thanks guys, and I put Zetsu that high because he seemed pretty strong on the Kage Summit, he still hasn't gone all out, and Madara seems to trust him a lot although if he ends up being weaker when he fights he'll go down.

Yeah, I put them in the Genin section due to their powers not ranks.

Zetsu arguably has enough hype to be at the rank he was placed at. Technically he did take down the entire Kage's Summit gang via Chakra Spores, so I guess he's got the potential to be a complete monster in fights.

Also, Madara was referring to the WHITE half of Zetsu that wasn't a front line fighter. Black Zetsu is something of a mystery at this point.

Well Hashirama beat Madara and Rikudou created the moon on his death bed. Then the full Kyuubi and Juubi would be too much for them.

I mean for people that is a live. Rikudo is dead and the Kyuubi-Juubi is an animal.

Even if Hashirama beat Madara, Madara got stronger, naturally. And complely based on pure 100% hype it's more like
