but it only shows the eye that obito has at the left because he gave the other eye to kakashi and his right side got smashed by a rock,and his hair is alike,anyways at the manga tobi says that he has the power of madara but he does not say that he is madara.

If it was obito how would he know the history of konoha since he wasn't there and how would he have the eternal mangekyo sharingan? From what we know he didn't have a brother. The Obito thing was just a red herring.

yes,Obito controled the Kyuubi of 9 tails at konoha,i saw that at the manga,and he even read the fourth thoghts.

You still didn't answer my question. When Madara told the history of konoha to Sasuke he said he said he challenged konoha. Obito couldn't have done that because he sill wasn't born yet.

My point was Tobi said he did things before Obito was born. In chapter 399 he said " Bent om revenge, I challenged Konohagakure" and he did that before Obito was born.

I'm 99% sure he's Madara. He might be possesing Obito's body like Orochimaru posses bodies though.
