I think Naruto has worked hard his whole life and yes he may have the nine tails within him and it has gotton him out of some sticky situatons but he trys his best and never ever gives up and keeping that in mind someday he will become hokage

I would say he is a hard worker. He has trained very hard to get to where he is today when no one belived in him.

I think both, but mainly har-worker. He strives to become better and he has gotten stronger. He is also somewhat lucky.

I think he's a hard worker, but with a bit of luck on his side.

I mean, if it wasn't for the Kyuubi, he would've died in some of his battles. But overall, he works hard to get stronger, even if it has to help in some situations.

Both. He works really hard to train and get better and then he has to fight someone like Pein which would be impossible if he weren't so lucky.
