Although the Negimaverse being signifanctly faster with Lightning Speed they have no method of taking out the Planetbusters and haven't got the Power to bypass their Durability.

Only possible thing may be if Ki=Magic with Asuna cancelling it but she won't do that forever and gets taken though eventually by Physical attacks.

By Hype the Lifemaker stands a chance but that is all.

Like said the only thing possibly standing a Chance against DBZ is the Life Maker/ Mage of the Beginning.
But his only Feat sofar is trashing Ala Rubra in their Prime while holding back.
Quite the feast considering Rakan isnt in his Prime anymore but still able to go toe to toe with Negi who is Lightning Speed and the former casually busting Mountains while messing around.
By Hype the Mage is also a Dimension Manipulator and massive Reality Warper.

But until he's proven his worth fully he'll go down as well.

At least Speedwise Negima is superior.
